FOLLOW UP WITHIN 7 DAYS

Send a brief follow-up email if you haven't heard back. Most donations and partnerships come from the second or third contact, not the first.

ATTACH A PHOTO

Adding one of your real photos to the email dramatically increases response rates. The hospital photo or the sisterhood photo are the most powerful.
